hello my mom came to canada in july 2017 on super visa . They stamped her 2 year entry as initial entry . She went back home after 7months of staying in canada . She came back this year in may 2018 . They havnt stamped any entry this time . Her initial entry is still valid till july 2019. She is been here now . We are not sure if she can stay more than 6 months or no . Can anyone advise is she can stay in canada under her old entry till july 2019
Thanks

Her old entry is irrelevant. Apparently, a Supervisa holder, with no stamp or other conditions is now able to stay for two years on each visit, not just the initial entry.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...manuals/updates/2018-super-visa-guidance.html

The guidance for super visa holders has been updated to reflect that each entry to Canada should be for a duration of up to 2 years and extensions should be for 1 year. Specific instructions for border services officers and processing offices in Canada have been updated.
