Hi all,
My visa got rejected twice. Details following.

[First Application.]
*Date : 29-11-13
*Intake: January
*Category: SPP
*Reasons:
1)'I have'nt satisfied the officer that I'ld leave Canada after my stay'

2) 'My Proposed Course of study (Anthropology) does not make sense in the light of my previous academic performance.
______________________________
I am not graduate.
10'th- 85%
12'th-64% (Science)
IELTS- R5.5, W-6, L-6, S-7.
______________________________
[Second Application]
*Date: 28-03-14
*Intake: May
*Category:SPP
*Reason:
'My proposed studies (Anthropology) are not reasonable in light of one or more of: my qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or my future prospects and plans'.

I dont understand why?? Is it because of,
*My proposed subject?
*Late submission?
*Or Second time SPP?

I spend my whole time on this dumb visa crap. Please do guide me. I have also a godamn retarded recruting agency which is nothing but money eating and deceiving.

Is'nt there anyone help a desperate guy??? .Anyone who help is not only helping but also saving my life.

Counting on you....

u can only apply under SPP once ....ur agent applied under SPP the second time too? that was really dumb......now u have 2 rejections because of a stupidity....u should take up some degree/diploma in ur home country and try after u complete it with good grades....also R5.5 in IELTS is a low score u should aim for R6

Awwww, is that it??? But sir, I think minimum score must be 5.5 not less than that and overall must be 6.0.

I have another doubt, I applied two times. Next time when I apply in spp, will there be more possibility for refusal??? Or will it be a 'bad mark' for me and for my future plans after home country's graduation?

And can you tell me the right date for application??

two times rejection is definitely a bad mark.....however if u improve ur profile significantly and have the right documentation then u still got a chance......u cannot apply under SPP now that u r refused study permit once....next time u apply under general category. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/checklist-student-SPP-liste-etudes-PPE.aspx
Also dont just go an apply again without making significant improvements as like Albert Einstein quoted "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

Hmmmm..... So, I wont get Visa even if I apply in non spp??? Thats quite hurting.... But, you are right sir..... I better drop the weapon and fight later with practice and skill and not to a martyr of document.....

Thanks sir, you are the best....

Sorry to hear that...!
Can you Share When you pass out 10+2 and in which coure and college did you apply..!

I think your ielts band have no problem. It was OK.

Well sir,
I passed 10'th in 2009 [85%]
and 12'th in 2013 [science group][64%].....

The two year gap was filled by showing one year volunteering and certificate program as Lab technician.

And the proposed course was Anthropology in NorthernLightsClg, BC....

And also I submitted on the last possible day, as directed by my dumb recruiting agency. They also made me apply in SPP second time in spite of my pressuring to apply in non-SPP...

Thanks in advance, sir....
