Urgent help required

Dear Senior Members,
As i had mentioned earlier, we received our ppr request two days back, and are now working on sending the passports. in the process i found out that the passport request form, where we have to fill up some information, is not editable (it is not possible to type on it). kindly advise if we should /can print it out first and then fill the form manually with handwriting.

I don't imagine there would be a problem if your hand wrote the form clearly. I am unfamiliar with this form though, does it have a reference number (e.g. IMM5610)? Nice to see a Nepali on here, beautiful country

Hopefully someone who has seen this particular form can advise you.

You can recreate the form in simple word format or excel spreadsheet. Basically the details they require is your full names, passport number, height, color of hair and colors of eyes and that of all your dependants if any. All of which will appear in your CoPR documents.
