Hope u all are fine. Friends i need ur help regarding GCMS Notes, I'm applicant and i want to Order Gcms notes so tell me its possible to Order Gcms Notes from Applicant ?

YOu can not order by yourself, but you can applied by:
1) your friend or sponsor in Canada or
2)a third party compnay such as CaipsNotes.com , they charge 45 dollar,


Here are the steps

Fill these two forms

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online the $5

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

provide copy of your Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that you are currently living in Canada

The Canadian sponsor can order the notes, and it is actually a charge of just $5.00
just follow this link and you are on your way, also you should know, it will take about a month to receive your notes. The fastest way to receive them is to request them is via email.

hello dear freeislam000 is correct
your canadian spouse or sponsor can order it for you. you have to pay only $5. you can do it by your self by using your sponsors credit card datas. I did it by myself by using my husband's credit card details. it took about 27 days. you can order it online

I wish to order these notes as well, and have a question. We have a printer, but no scanner. Is it Ok to fill out the forms, print, sign, then take a digital picture of it instead of scanning?

If it's legible, I don't think there would be problem in taking a picture instead of scanning. You can increase the contrast to make it more clear.

You should just print it and send it through the mail....you dont need to scan it.

This would be ideal, however I am living in Thailand with my wife and family, so that is not an option at the moment. I will try the Photo / contrast option and worst case, I'm out 5 bucks vs. $100 for post.

dear friends you dont worry about the printer or scanner or anything. you can order it online only for $5 & request an electric notes, then they will send you the ATIP notes within 30 days over your email
