1. You can't pay tuition "forcefully" without any requirement from your University side. First check out, if your school want you to pay first term tuition in advance (very unlikely for University Master Degree students). If there is no request, you can simply put off loan letter with your visa file.

I agree Enfield. I have sent the query to the Uni. Let's see how they respond.

I have applied with a personal loan of 14.4 lakh INR against FD of 16 lakh from State Bank of Travancore.
Is it necessary that I need to have aeducation Loan and not Personal Loan
I have applied under University Category
This is my bank loan sanction letter. Will it be valid as proof of fund????
