I need your kind help in slecting my NOC for EE.
I am a mechanical engineer and I started my job as a Field Engineer in the Aftersales Services division of an Automobile OEM. My job was as follows:
1. Carry out the field visits of Honda Authorized Dealerships (3S & 2S) to manage, organize, direct & evaluate the activities and operations of the service department.
2. Implementation of Safety, Workflow & Quality Standards in Service Department including Reception & Workshops.
3. Diagnose and resolve the technical issues and quality problems in the vehicles reported in the vehicles and provide recommendations either to be covered under warranty or not.
4. Performing in depth inspection of Problems, confirmation of symptoms, analysis of potential causes and take needful actions or decisions to treat the problem and provide optimal customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare Technical reports based on in-depth inspection and submit findings to Market Quality Department on a regular basis for frequently reported problems to be consulted with Local or International vendor so as to develop a permanent counter-measure for the problem.
6. Identifying the training need and developing training program in conjunction with training department by monitoring the qualified ratio in the region.
7. Providing Classroom & On-Job Training (Technical & Soft skills) to Service Personnel & Technicians of Honda Dealerships.
8. Management of Dealerships’ Capacity Control by closely monitoring service intake on a daily basis. Also suggesting to Dealer Principals’ for proposals including Workshop Renovations, Expansions, Operations Revamping or Staffing.
9. Conducting surveys & collecting customer feedback about issues & complaints in the current models and reporting them for the improvement at optimum levels.
10. Monitoring the levels of active customers and suggesting service campaigns for the reduction of inactive units so as to increase the customer retention ratio.
11. Analyzing the trends in the service intake and preparing forecasts for service targets based on the active customers and prospective UIOs.
I could not find any NOC directly in link except for "0211 - Engineering Managers" with the following JD
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of an engineering department, service or firm
· Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm
· Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, explain proposals and present engineering reports and findings
· Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department or project teams
· Recruit personnel and oversee development and maintenance of staff competence in required areas
· May participate directly in the design, development and inspection of technical projects or in the engineering work of the department.
Can anyone help if its OK or there is any other suitable one?
