URGENT HELP REQUIRED - MPNP CASE FROM INDIA

Hello friends,
This is the first time I am writing to this forum. I have applied on 30 Aug 2012. I got my file number in March 2013. Updated Bank statement was demanded and I provided it with in 3-4 days. After that more than one year has been passed and I have not got nomination certificate.No more letters from embassy.What should I do now? can anyone guide me how much more time it will take.

Update from my end -

1. RPRF - Paid on 28.03.2014. E-mail sent to CVO regarding this the same day.
2. Medical - Done on 31.03.2014.
3. Birth certificate, Proof Of Funds & Passport copy dispatched to CVO on 03.04.2014.

One new line has been added to my ecas status, which says " Medical results have been received "
So should i assume that i have successfully cleared medical exam?

Hello this is Narinder ...please help me regarding my case.

My status changed to Medical results have been received.

now how many days will it take to get passport request from new delhi.
moreover i have paid my rprf already with processing fee and i have notified the new delhi office

My sponsor has got an interview call but embassy didn't give me any interview call. what does it mean? They are satisfied or whatelse? when should I expect my nominee?
