Yes, of course there are many good schools in Toronto where you can pursue courses in Psychology, but maybe you would like to study in British Columbia. In British Columbia if you holds a Master Degree in Natural, Applied or Health Sciences thn you have an excellent way to get Permanent Residence even without a job offer. It’s a Pilot Project and all set to end by May, 2013.

Question about Ielts and Course selection...Please help

Hello guys please help me if you can.I did my B.com back in 2000 and did accounts job for 3 years.Then i went to UK and got 2 diplomas: 1)Professional Graduate diploma in IT 2)Itegrated graduate diploma in Business Studies both from London Crown College and now i am planning to do my MBA from any canadian University.
Is it the right course to choose???
Do i need to do any english course again as i did Ielts in 2003 and got 5.5 band???
Please share your best knowledge with me.

Yes, you can apply for MBA program. It’s a generalist qualification and doesn’t require any particular background. MBA is all about ‘life experiences’ so do not get surprise if you see a Nurse, Musician, Feminist etc. in your MBA cohort.

You need:

1. GMAT score (with minimum of 500 score). Few schools, I guess two, do not require GMAT.
2. Excellent ‘Statement of Purpose’
3. CV
4. Work Experience of around 2 years.
5. Telephonic interview (almost all top ranking schools prefer as such!)
6. At least 2 (if not 3) reference letters. (do not worry they will cross verify it)

No, you have no chance with 5.5 IELTS band score. It MUST be 6.5 overall with no section less thn 6.0.
