Urgent Help Requested for Pakistani Student

Friends I have been Fully Accepted in NAIT in Business Administration and Waitlisted in Biomedical Engineering Tech.
My undergraduate is incomplete and I have study gap of almost 07 years.
I have 07 years of experience as Biomedical Service Engineer from the beginning of the gap. Also have 04 international trainings.
My father is the sole owner of this business.

Can someone give a feedback on VISA acceptance / refusal possibilities if I chose Business Administration? or Biomedical Engineering Tech (if accepted)?

I have to decide urgently due to deadline.

You can choose Bio Medical because it is aligned with your work experience and also gives you a better chance of getting Visa. When you're in Canada you can always request to transfer from one program to another. It is usually a very easy process.
