Hello House, I need your advice. When I submitted my application in May, I only submitted a reference letter for my current employment. In August, I was asked to send my payslips and salary account statement which I did. Last week, the same thing was requested again and I was asked to provide any other document I may wish to provide in support of evidencing employment. What other document can I provide? Should I attach the hard copy of the initial reference letter I uploaded? Should I get a new reference letter?

Secondly, my company changed locations in September and the first reference letter I submitted in May had the old address. If I submit a new reference letter now, it will carry the new address. Will that be frowned at? Should I just add a letter of explanation about the change in location?

Please advice, need to send the documents today or tomorrow. Thanks.

I would suggest to give everything you possibly can. LOE can be a good way to explain things.

They can always do a background check with the company you work in so it shouldnt be an issue.

Please try the following options:

a. Scanned color copy of the ID card
b. Reference letter, as you rightly alluded to
c. Any recognitions/award/on-the-spot awards
d. Another letter notarized by a Senior

Do you have the offer letter indicating when you first were offered the position?

You can add job offer letter and your income tax return statements.

I was in a similar situation and submitted various employment documents with two different addresses without any LoE. I received PPR last week so it won’t be an issue as per my understanding. Good luck with your application.

Please advice, need to send the documents today or tomorrow. Thanks.

Quick question: Was your company a well-known one in India? The reason I ask this is because of the extra checks CIC did to confirm your employment.

Btw Many Congratulations on your PPR ! Bonne chance.

No it’s not a well known company and neither I nor my company received any sort of communication from cic regarding employment verification. However, CIC must have a record of it since few of the employees moved/travel to Canada in the recent past.

Should I provide letter of reference for the jobs i mentioned in Life history but not Express Entry?

If you meant personal activities, you don't have to. Letters of Reference are needed only for those job(s) you have specified under the Work History.

But in Work History i should only put the jobs I have letters of reference?
If I do not mention other jobs in Work History do I risk misrepresentation?
