Urgent help reqired - please !

I am filing the visa application tomorrow and need your help in deciding if I should include the letter from CIC which says that my PR application was returned as they received it after the quota was capped . I am mentioning it in the SOP but am not sure if I should include a photo copy of the letter from CIC - Please helpppp !!

They must already have this on record, you need not include it.

u dnt need to include it..i had also mentioned in my application. they have everything on record. just mention your file no. to them.

You must include it to verify your genuine intention of studies. Don't try to hide any thing

Yes, I am mentioning it in the application form and the SOP so definetly not hiding the fact . Was not sure if I should include the photocopy of the letter they send ..

I did not get a file no as it was returned . Did you have a similar case or any different ? Is your study permit already approved or are you in the process to hear back from CIC?

I don't think he or anyone can hide anything even if they wishes to. All the information, even if someone would have applied for PR on moon would be with Embassy, so I won't call this mandatory.

So not providing any additional piece of paper won't put any negative impact on his application. Also he has already put it in his SOP (which already is an additional piece of paper).
