Urgent Help regarding RQ

I am responding to RQ and I need some help to understand the below:

Arrival Date in Canada:

I became a permanent resident in March 2007, but i actually came back in Dec 2009 to live.

I have counted my days since dec 09.

Considering the above, what will be my date o arrival.

Please respond quickly.

One more question:

I have received the CIT 0171 (09-2012) E form.

Should I provide supporting documents from March 07 or fours prior to the date of application. (My application date is Aug 2013)

I have more than 20 trips in/out of Canada. But in RQ, there is space for only 11 trips. Has anyone had this situation

Well, you can attach a separate spread sheet for remaining 10 trips. Just put a note on last row (no. 11) "attached sheet with remaining trips"..

I did receive the CIT 0171 (09-2012)E.

I have a question to everyone.......

The RQ Cover letter has CIC, 200 Town Centre Court, Suite 370, Scarborough, ON address in the FROM section.

Should i send my RQ documents to the local office (Scarborough) or to Sydney.
