I am from Pakistan and my cc got charged just now and i m waiting for PER.I wan to add my new born baby in my application.

1. Where should i report or email first and when????

Keep waiting for PER. You will know your application number/UCI, referring to which you can send a cover letter with a photocopy of child's birth certificate to your local visa office.

This is what will be mentioned in your PER so wait and don't send any more docs to CIC in Nova Scotia. You will need to send your additional docs to your visa office.

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. As suggested wait for your per. Then once you get per, send a case specific enquiry to lvo and ask them that I would like to add the newborn to my application. Then they will reply you with instructions. I have added my son earlier and if you have any queries pm me.

Zahid, So as to benefit others I am posting the reply to your pm here:

Your visa office is going to be London. After you receive your PER you should contact LVO and ask them how you can add the child to the application if they reply with instructions, that means your application is with them.

Procedure for adding the newborn at LVO:

You need to send the following documents:

1. Processing fee for your child (Bank draft for 150 CAD payable in Canada - It should be drawn in favour of "Receiver General for Canada")

2. Copy of Child's birth certificate

3. Copy of child's valid passport

4. 4 recent photographs of the child (write the name, dob, and also application number at the back if you wish)

5. Updated IMM0008 Generic form incorporating the new dependant's information

6. Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for you and your spouse (ie two IMM5406 forms)
