urgent help regarding medicals

Hi guys ,I got ITA on feb 13 ,2021
I gave upfront medicals on feb 18 , 2021
I received AOR on march 13 ,2021

My profile got updated on june 16 ,2021 saying Medical passed
Another update on June 17 , 2021 - medical passed to " we dont need medicals , we will send you a message if we need more information" ( i dont know why)
received a message from IRCC on june 18 , 2021 - request to get medicals done along with IMM 1077 form , gave me 30 days to complete it

I called medical physician and asked them if everything is ok and did they submit my medical results to ircc - they said everthing is ok and submitted my medical results

Why did IRCC request for medicals when I gave upfront medicals ?

what is the best thing i can do right now in order to resolve this situation ?

Did it happen to any of you and how you resolved it ?

Call IRCC to find out why they have requested it. If they can't help you, your only option is to do as they have requested and get another medical exam done. If there weren't any issues in your past medical exam, you shouldn't be worried about anything.
