haha!! sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was speaking with my ambassador in spanish while writting this!!!

i said (verga is a curse and chama is a venezuelan word for ya binit or hek shi)!

i told u r lawyer is stupid! why did u use him??
what u did is correct u have no problems and u will get the visa and they will call or email u so dont worry, the embassy are not idiots they wudnt jst keep the passport with the visa and wait for u to come without informing u, its basic logic!!

so no worries and trust me

Thank you boujasim, as you said this is the logic to do, they won't keep it there without informing me,they should email or call me to tell me the passport is ready.... but that...."very bad word" lawyer always manage to go under my skin to make me made and worried..
after all he is originaly LEBANESE...and as you say ,the lebanese people like to make each other feel bad instead of helping each other.
and concerning money...he took a lot..and I hope he will shock in each bit of food he bought with our money.
Any way, I am in the end of this trip, thank God, Iwill enjoy the rest of my days with my parent and prepare myself to return to my husband..:)
By the way, did you drop your passport today?
Marlena, where you able to get your answer???

boujasim, I think it is better to send the passport to damscus straight, like this he won't be transfered from emabssy to DHL to emabssy...
Do you think they will email us tomorrow...I will start screaming if they do...:)

OK.. I'm here :) Had a busy day.. First Marlena.. take a dreep breath.. this PROGRESS you should feel happy that they are working on it and at the halfway if not more point!
I'm not dealing in your office and I know you asked rorita and boujasim as they are in the same visa office but I will give you my 2 cents if you don't mind!
The Supplementary Form Just write the place he's visited and you could put in one space that he only lived in Lebanon just visited this and this place. Because if you break it up like Lebanon, okay visited Canada, ok lived Lebanon.. it looks like he stopped his residency in Lebanon than went back again.. he was just travelling.. You got me? If you want attach a note explaining such.
You have the fees receipt with $1040 on it right? That's all that needs to be sent to the visa office if you already paid it outright .. No need to send it to CPC-M. I think that is IF you didnt pay it than you would do that!
I know in Egypt we have the Kashf EL Ahl that lists the husband and wife as a family unit. Do you not have that in Lebanon or you can't get it because of your marriage in Canada?
If you can't register etc it's like Boujasim similarity.. I think his advice was the best.. Copy your marriage certificate again.. include a letter explaining such that you can't register it.
He's still listed as single because of this? He can't show a foreign marriage certificate to prove he's married to change his status? This is not much I understand..
The military.. he needs an exemption no? In Egypt if they didn't serve for what ever reason they get an Aefa. Someone who is in the same position as your husband could answer.. I am not sure if Boujasim served or not.
The best thing you can do for the stuff you can't get or fulfill is EXPLAIN. I think you should look up it seems they are working on it. What they mean by already before the officer is that if he/she doesn't receive the info requested he will base his approval or refusal on the info you already provided. Hope it goes smoothly for you.

Waouuu I wish I can , from my experience anyone can do it without the help of a lawyer, all you need is a laptop, Internet connection, scratch book, research for 2 or maximum 3 weeks, taking in consideration that people work, and I can assure you will figure it out specialy if we use this forum...

:) I read about your post too.. I can't believe your lawyer he sounds like a moron.. like the rest of them! hee hee I'm sure it will work out. If you want send them an email and say I sent my passport and would like it sent to me with your file number name and birthdate so perhaps will work out that way.
