Sameer: it would be good to change your academic program from diploma to degree. The Visa Officers assumed that the applicant is not a genuine or bonafide student when they come across a study permit application for a diploma, degree course has more worth. Contact your university and try to find a degree course in the same university or any other university and reapply your study permit with strong statement of purpose or study plan. Explain in details that why you want to pursue studies in Canada, why you choose that particular course, what kind of job opportunities you will get upon completing this course in Canada.

Attach an affidavit from your side mentioning that you will return to home country (Pakistan) after finishing your studies in Canada.

Show strong ties with Pakistan.

These factors make your application stronger.

Rabs84: how you have applied the study permit? Online or VFS? Please let us know when you hear something from the embassy.

No i am currently working in pakistan and applied from pakistan and no family member outside. Can you please tell me about is that any problem to visa officer to go study for postgraduate diploma program after BBA (HONS). What do you suggest me to either change my college to university and change my diploma program to degree program ?
Degree program is better than diploma program. VOs consider degree programs more worthful. Try to change the diploma to degree in same university or different university.

Make a strong SOP and provide an affidavit to the embassy that you will return to home country after finishing your studies in Canada.

Good luck

Don't worry. Take admission and reapply for the study permit. The VO will consider your new application and new documents in a different way. The previous refusals won't affect your new application. Address all the issues of previous refusals in your new application.
