Urgent help Re: Job Requirement for CEC

hi I got my PG Work permit and now I am working at a car wash as a manager which come under NOC code 0651.
I am performing all duties that are given under NOC code description, but that company is not much large like any corporation
so this job is good to apply under CEC
Does any body applied under this NOC code (0651) so I can clear my doubts about jobs

which says your job noc 0651 - 0 that is it falls under skill level 0
The size of the company big or small doesn't matter as long as it is registered and has the license to operate in that province legally.
