hello guys,
I have sent some additional documents including original PCC from back home to cpp-ottawa for my CEC application,it was shipped today as supposed to but when I checked using the courier tracking number,this the address it shows:
reception of industry Canada,ground floor 365 laurier avenue west.
it was supposed to be delivered at: 219 laurier avenue west.
so guys does anyone experienced the same issue,im worried its been misplaced.
please help with your inputs and suggestions,thank you
 
anyone pls :D...come on guys,ur answers will help me decide the next move because I really can not afford having my documets misplaced.
im pretty sure there are people on this forum who have sent additional documets,been requeted documets,pqssport request...so please share if your tracking informations shows:365 laurier avenue west instead of 219 laurier avenue west,because what im thinkin is maybe the 365 is the mail room that gets all mails delivered to then sorted into different sections since there are plenty of immigration offices in laurier avenue and I don't know how a driver would make such a mistake and deliver it to number 365 when it clearly says 219.

Only solution that I can think of is to contact your courier and check with them, if they have already delivered send an email to cic and request to acknowledge documents reception.
Always remember better be safe than Sorry!

PCC misplaced maybe,please share your experiences

Just send an email to CPP-O asking them to confirm the receipt of documents..I had a similar issue, how ever they confirmed the receipt of my docs in October 2012
 
thanks madinxs :)your answer helped me a lot.i will definitely ask CPP-O for a confirmation of receipt of documents.however I have checked with the courier company and after they did their investigation they told me that my documents are not misplaced,they said that all mails get delivered to 365 laurier avenue west because its CIC mail room and then CIC staff will deliver each shipment to its specific section.
somehow I feel relieved now but I will be more happy when I get a confirmation from CPP-O, looking forward to it lol.
