urgent help pls ....LOE placeholder not there

Hi all
My application submission is getting delayed because of the problem with the CIC website.Finally today I was able to complete my application and upload documents.Then I realised the LOE placeholder is not there at all. logged out and in many times but still not found.What to do if the LOE placeholder does not appear at all. Already I have taken more time due to the website problem.I do not want to wait more.
Pls suggest what to be done if LOE placeholder not seen at all.Can I upload the LOE in some other section as I need to submit LOE for few aspects of my application.
Is anyone esle facing the same problem...

I am facing the same problem. My personal history along with my LOE placeholder is gone. I have no clue and now I have to fill it up again. The scary part is, it shows complete but when I click on the update form button I see there is nothing. It is an one of a kind website issue!

Finally i found my LOE placeholder ....I guess just need to keep on logging in until you find it!!!!!!
