Urgent help please: IMM1294-Uploading error

Hi, I know this has been an issue before, but I've tried everything I've read on forums and I still can't get a solution. The form is validated, I get the bar codes on the final page, I'm using the latest form I can find (IMM1294(10-2019) E), I've tried Chrome, IE and Firefox.

Every time I try to upload the IMM1294 form, I get the same error:

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description:
  Make sure you are using the latest application form from our website. You can get it by clicking on the link below.
  • Answer all questions on the form
  • Click on the validation button
  • Save it on your computer (as a PDF)
  • Upload the saved PDF document here
• Common issues:
  • After I click the Validate button on my application form, nothing happens and I don't see the barcodes. Why?
  • I validated my form, but when I try to upload it to my account I get a validation error. What can I do?
  • What do I do if I have technical problems when applying online?
    
    
    Is anybody currently getting this error? What can I do to solve this? I would really appreciate any help or tip, thank you!

I had the same issue and the way I solved it was following these steps:

1. Download the form
2. Open it directly from Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Fill the form
4. Click on the VALIDATE button
5. Click on SAVE
6. Upload the file to the portal

When I was getting the error, it was because instead of just saving the file, I was choosing to save it as a PDF so that it could not be modified. By doing so, the portal was unable to correctly read the form's info. Hope it helps!

Thank you for your response. But when I click on the save, another file named like "aab10188" saved along with imm1294 and same error occurring again. Also please let me know if IMM1294(10-2019) E is the latest version of this form?

I´m not sure that version is the last one. All I did when I downloaded the form was searching it on google and downloading it.

I don´t understand what you mean by "another file named likeaab10188 saved along with imm1294". The name of the file is not important. The important thing is that you are not uploading a PDF version different than the one you downloaded (like if you chose to save it as a PDF instead of just saving it or if you chose to print it as a PDF). Also, make sure to use only Adobe when editing and saving the form. Unfortunately, that's all the advice I can give you.
