I am on a closed work permit. I received ITA and I had claimed points for job offer, without the job offer points I would not cross the round cut off. Now I am terminated and my last working day is June 23rd. I received the termination letter on 10th June. I have the valid job offer letter from the employer. Would it be accurate to submit the PR application before June 23rd and continue to claim the job offer points?

No, unfortunately it won't be. You cannot claim the job offer points if you are no longer working for the company as of next week.

I feel fo you no after you are terminated there is nothing much you can do with this.

Was yours a PNP application by any chance?
