Urgent Help Please Application Refused!!

Hi!
I Submit my application on express entry on Oct 9th via PNP and it had been refused because they said it missing the employment letter wich I'm sure i sended. I still Have The paper with me what can I do? how can I contact themor send the document? Please help me they didn't even send
me a letter to ask me for my proof of employment I'm pretty sure I sended it. Is it too late for me?

You may upload the employment document through CSE and call cic. You may also upload LOE along with employment letter. If you have already sent the employment letter and its mistake from cic, then they may rectify it.
