urgent help please about credentials evaluation

Hello,
I am residing in canada now and have ordered Msc trancsript and certificate from my former university in england. The sealed envelope should be sent directly to WES by the university.A friend of mine told me that I should have asked my university to include some form requested by WES in the envelope.. would the sealed envelope sent by the university be rejected by WES since it doesnt have that form?...

You may be willing to check WES requirements specific for England yourself in order not rely solely on your friend's opinion.
If this additional form is actually the mandatory one then probably you can arrange for your university to send it again together with the transcripts.

i dont think any form is needed inside the sealed envelop. you can send the sealed envelop containing transcripts yourself to WES

Just to share my experience :

I requested my university to directly send the academic records to WES. There was no form request which I made from my university to be sent along and my evaluation was done without any issues.

The best way will be to go through the email which you have got after registering on WES (after making payment and getting your reference no.). Provide them the documents as asked and the assessment will done quickly.
