Urgent help - Payment link

Is anyone receiving payment link?
I received PPR on 2nd Mar 21. I raised passport submission via webform from vfs site on 3 rd March 21.
Still waiting for payment link after 12 days. Not getting any updates even after repeated mails and contacting helpdesk.

could anyone help me out here?

Same here..I've tried all means to get the information but no correct replies

I just receive payment link. Pls try send all details in txt file which is required to fill in webform and reply on same automated mail thread from IRCC passport submission with text file as attachment.
May be it works.

i raised passport webform submission on 27 feb for work permit and got my payment link on 6 march after posting to vfs global on twitter an emailing them 2 times on alternate dates passport picked got up on 8 march.
actually vfs is flooded out with webform ppr.
