Urgent help Payment confirmation for ielts fee

Respected Seniors,
I m cinfused regarding one point, as today i applied for ielts through british council, after rhat i made payment via icici bank chalaan then i sent the scanned chalaan copy to the IELTSpayments@britishcouncil.org then i received 2 mails the one is application summary and other one is transaction failure notice. What does it mean?? Plzz tell me, wether my fee paid will be confirmed or not
Plzz help me to get rid of dis confusion

Call them on 1800 102 4353 & explain your situation. Keep your application summary & payment failure details handy.

Also depending on location, find the relevant contact details & email them about the issue.

Or else when you call them, ask them for the email details also so that you can keep electronic records for future reference

It could mean that the payment was denied or refused check with your bank.

You can visit the bank now and ask them if your payment has been successful ? or else 1st thing you do in the next morning is visit bank.

But you can get better answers once you contact British council and ICICI bank.

Next time use a visa debit card to avoid all hassles.

If you will be paying through any other mode then kindly send the evidence of the payment made via courier (either the demand draft or the ‘British Council Copy’ of the ICICI payment slip) within 3 days from today to the British Council test centre (address stated above) along with a copy of this acknowledgement email. This will enable us to confirm your booking.

If paying at ICICI bank, you can also simply forward this email along with a scanned attachment of the British Council copy of your ICICI payment slip.

May be you also need to send a copy by post to british Council ? call them and ask them if its needed ?

Don't worry, check with your banker - they should give you all the information that you require, whereabouts of your payment and then connect with IELTS, clear your doubts.

Is there snything as when i made payment, i should get any text in my mobile number??
As i didnt get any text for registration of ielts and payment. Plzz tell this too
