What should I write as the Client ID in Online Payment Receipt?

I have also paid mine (adult) as well as my son's (minor) fees totaling CAD300 ($200+$100) whereas the name appearing for me only according to the CIC format. is it OK?

Client ID should be the number in the PRC card and is in the format 1234-1234 (You have to enter all the 9 characters: 8 digits and hyphen).
