Hello All, i know this thread is a bit old, i have a similar sort of question, appreciate it if someone can respond back. I am planning to sign the application Jan 11th.
My eligibility period is between 11th Jan 2018 to 10th Jan 2023
In my scenario i had left Canada on 7th Nov 2017 and returned back on 9th September 2018 and similar to the user above i recieved a similar message stating that "An absence you have entered is partially or completely outside the relevant five-year period. Please check that the dates are correct.". So should i be inputting the day as 11th Jan 2018 in the From Field and i can mention that the actual date i left canada was 7th Nov 2017, since it lies outside the eligibility period i had inputted in 11th Jan 2018
