guys i am from india .i went to uk for my mba in 2003 and later gota job in retail as a marketing manager .i was doing part time course in and gettin student visa extended... in oct 2009 i got my student visa refused ,i overstayed for three months and then came back to india .is it still possible for me to technically apply for student permit for canada even though i know my chances are pretty slim..btw when i was exiting uk ..they(UK immigration) didnt checked my passport and i got no rejection stamp or exit stamp on my passport ..is it still possible i can still apply for canada
