URGENT HELP NEEDED

Applied Offline Study Permit Through VFS on 29th March 2019,Submitted Upfront medical and everything.
Received Acknowledgment Letter on 12th April 2019 from Delhi Immigration
Received PFL(Misrepresentation On Education Qualification) with 30 days time to respond on 3rd May. I dont know why but i responded to it.
Responded To PFL on 17th May through Mail and sent a courier.
Wrote Thrice to Delhi Immigration No Response, No response from web forums.
Can not link application through GCKey tried several time but failed.
How much time will it take for final decision? It has already been 74+ days since i applied... Is it taking long due to offline application?
Sept Intake student College starts on 4th.
Please guide me.

Its taking long because of the misrepresentation suspicion. Why cant you link?

I dont know why they found such as there no such misrepresentation. I have responded with verification letter.
i do not know i tried every combination to link my application but it shows no records.

try this, 
9) Fill program start date completely and end date just the year and month (DO NOT ENTER THE DAY) as well as DLI number of the institution (found in offer letter)

hmmm, may have changed something then. It does take 3-4 attempts to link it.

Hello Guys I got a reply in regards to my case specific query from Immigration Section as follow
"Please note that the application is currently awaiting further review by a senior visa officer. Following which, the decision will be communicated to you"
Can Anyone please explain what does this means?
