urgent help needed

Hi, I am enrolled in a post graduate ontario graduate college certificate from Humber college which is a full time program of 2 years. I am in my 4th semester currently and I failed a course in my 2nd semester which was a pre requisite for 2 courses, one course in 3rd and one in 4th. As a result, I am clearing the failed course from 2nd semester in my 4th semester and will have to clear 1 course in fall and winter each. I will be a part time while completing the course. My question is that whether I will surely get post graduate work permit after graduating in April 2018 in this scenario?

If you are part time for one semester only, then you should be fine. If you are part time for two or more semesters, you should expect the PGWP to be refused.

Will it be of any difference if I travel to the border and apply for my work permit?
