Folks, I'm currently filling out my application post ita and it asks me if I every applied to immigrate to canada before? Well I made an older express entry profile which I deleted few days before it was going to be withdrawn cuz it was almost a year that it was made. Should I say yes to the question then? Because I was in the express entry pool for almost 11 months?
