urgent help needed

I am an international student i came from india
i came for one year post grad program and as it was about to finish i enrolled in another one year post grad program .
my visa , study permit and off campus work permit all were to expire on 31 December 2012 . i got my study permit extended but didn't get my visa extended ,now i am applying to get my off campus work permit extended but i am unable to do so . when i request an evn number it tells me we do not have your information please enter your information properly . I have contacted cic and they tell me they have the same information that i have and that the application should go through . I am waiting for their technical team to respond which takes 15 days . I am missing out on job opportunities .

CAN ANY ONE HERE TELL ME WHAT AM I DOING WRONG .

Hi harry,

sorry about ur visa application,
I would like to ask u that r u living in canada without visa??

as u mentioned that your visa expire on december 2012,

if u have finished ur post grad, then u should apply for master in related field.

and it should be 2 years.
so u being there for more time and even u can get three years work permit.

moreover let the technical team answer you..
and as. soon as u get ur reply apply for off campus work permit..

i came here on in 2011 fall for a one year post grad program . My study permit and visa were valid till 2012 December but my course was to finish in may 2012 . I had applied and got a student off campus work permit in Feb 2012 which was valid till 2012 December.
However i applied and got admission in another post grad program in September 2012 so i never applied for a post grad work permit . I got my study permit extended which is valid till 31 July 2013 but i never got my visa extended . So now that i want to apply and get my off campus work permit extended as well its not letting my application for a EVN number go through.

Does this make my case clear . I am still in the country as my study permit is valid till July 31 2013 and since i am completing my second post grad in a row i should get a two to three year post grad work permit .

The problem is why isn't it letting me apply for a EVN ?????
