Hello Please help me with my case below :
My Canadian work permit expired on may 2015 but I requested for an extension of work permit, I mailed the application just a day before the expiry date of my work permit and stopped working as purchasing coordinator. After that I got to know that I can/should work even after work permit expiration until my extension application is reviewed. So I rejoined my job after a month in the same designation. The application for work permit extension was refused within 3 months on 31 August 2016. Then I quit my job but I still received a paycheque in the month of September which was for my pending vacation pay as I never used 2 weeks paid vacation mentioned in my job contract. Also, In my application for work permit extension I mentioned my designation incorrectly as purchasing coordinator but in the express entry I have listed my designation as purchasing and inventory coordinator .
I mentioned my designation slightly wrong in the work permit extension application, worked after work permit expiration but it was only till my application for extension was refused, the cheque received after Aug 31st 2015 was only vacation pay as it says on pay stub, do you think these complications can represent me as a defaulter?
Adding further, I applied for visitor status stating that I am planning to enroll into another post grad course and need sometime to figure my best option. But since I did not hear back from CIC in the next 2 months I came back to my home country India.
Three months later CIC approved my request for visitor status and gave me visitor's visa for 6 months.
In my letter of explanation how should I explain my case.
