Urgent help needed with the F1 student visa

Hello everyone,
I am a tourist from another country cane with my family to Canada a month ago and have applied to one of the universities in the USA. I have received an offer letter. I also have brought myself enough money and they are in my canadian account. Is it possible to face the US embassy from Canada for F1 visa being a tourist?
