I got an email saying my application status is updated on May 25 2024, when i check my GCKey, it said application "approved". When I go inside it shows application is in progress, eligibility and Background check is still in progress. My biometric info also disappeared. I also don't see counterfoil generated. I submitted my passport and its still under progress since May 01. People from my date are already getting their passport stamped and dispatched. Is this a system issue? If so, how do I contact IRCC for the same?
