My gc key status was changed from submitted to approved. However biometrics information has suddenly disappeared. Is that normal? Has anyone experienced the same before their passport was dispatched?

My GC key status has changed from "submitted" to "approved" but I don't see any counterfoil number yet. Also my biometrics information disappeared. Is that normal? When can I expect passport dispatch message? Passport submitted at New Delhi April 29th and it progress since May 1st
