Urgent help needed - UCI number

Hello,
My application for PR under CEC was received on July 2nd/2013 and I have just realized that I have forgotten to put the UCI number.

Please let me know what is going to happen in a situation like this, will my application be returned? or does the VO have access to it and will find it himself?

Please advice, as this makes me very worried.

Nothing will happen, relax. UCI will be filled by the VO.

As per instruction guide:

Indicate your Unique Client Identifier number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

Should be no problem.

Hello guys, gegarding the UCI number, when filling forms I also found there is a box indicating 'Client ID/UCI/FOSS ID' on the upright corner of IMM5669 (background dec.), should we input our UCI number here? But I also see it says 'FOR CIC USE ONLY'. Thanks.

Well, if it says FOR CIC USE ONLY than unless you are CIC I would not fill it out 8)

Just checked the instruction guide, and there's nothing mentioned that you have to fill it out either

Don’t worry, you will be fine. I didn’t write UCI on my application. When I submitted back in December 2012 they returned my application as I didn’t include my passport pages, that time office has written the UCI number with pencil on my application.
So it’s not a big mistake, they can get that info from your work permit.
