urgent help needed!! study permit refused

My study permit has been refused stating
1.purpose of visit
2.your personal assets and financial status
I have 6.5 in ielts and got admitted in Lambton for internet programming and database management
I have paid gic and first semester fee as well don't know why they refused mine with this silly reason :-(
Am applying for loan of 12 lacs now will that be helpful for covering for 2nd reason?
I want to re apply for study permit under general category
Please help me of what I can do to satisfy visa officer.

When you applied and from where you applied ?? Also you should have attached your mothers and fathers form 16 I don't know the first reason maybe because you didn't submitted SOP or it might be not as good

Study permit applied on oct 10 am from india applied through vfs hyd I have attached my parents income tax returns and sop aswell

they don't need parents income tax returns proof....its not compulsory to attach
