Hi seniors,

Can me and my husband obtain PCC from 2 different states. My husband doesn't have any address proof in the current address where we are staying now and he has to get PCC from his home town. Is this ok to get PCC from 2different states

Yes. PCC issued by the passport authorities located anywhere in the country is valid.

yes go through passport seva kendra PCC , it covers whole India and not specific state bound. take an appointment online, go there and you get PCC in few days.

While filling form for PCC in link provided by @bestofluck, there's specific field where it asks if your current address is different than your passport address.

If you mention yes then you have to provide valid proof for your current address. If you do not have then you can probably go with the old address but you need to make sure there's someone to entertain respective authorities, if they come for verification.

Also, you don't need to get two PCC, after mentioning two different addresses, Passport office will automatically redirect respective Police offices to cross-check for any criminal records.

Yes you can. But you need to be physically present at the time of application and probably later on for police verification. You can get a bank address changed (PSU) and that will suffice too.
