Urgent help needed Regarding PCC...anyone please...?

Hi all seniors,
I have to apply for PCC but i have one confusion. As i got married on april 2016 (this year) my wife is from Jammu and i am from punjab. So can we both apply for our pcc here in punjab ? Or we have to get one 0cc for her from Jammu as well ??
Please guide...and what documents we needed for apply PCC ?

You can both apply through Punjab since for most cases you have to apply for it online through Passport Seva website and visit your local office for it.

you both have to apply for your PCCs at your local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station in your District.
