URGENT HELP NEEDED REGARDING PASSPORT

CIC asked for my re medicals , but didn't mention anything about my PP . Though I had send them a mail informing about my medicals expiring and my PP .

Which country are you from? If I were you I'd apply for a new passport ASAP... So that incase they do ask for it, you wont be in trouble..
The other reason is that once you get your PR you MUST land before the date mentioned... If your country takes longer to re-issue a passport than the time the VO has given you, you'll be in trouble...

But how can I renew my PP . I have to submit my old PP to get a new one . Or can I renew without the expired PP .

Oh damn yea! In India that's not possible :|
Do one thing then.. For the time being just check out how long it will take you to apply (depending on your state etc) so you have a fair idea...

you will get your passport with the visa, you will have to apply for a new passport to travel with, and you will have to bring the old one too to show your visa stamped on it to show the immigration that you have the visa of entry.
