Do I need to apply for SP again for that intake or I can just update the IRCC about it?
What will happen to the start date and end date of fall study visa?

if you are starting a program at yoru DLI later than 150 days after fall 2021, you will need to inform IRCC and send them an updated LOA. Your SP (at the border) will be issued against your new LOA but your TRV expiry date will not change (this simpoy mean you will need to renew your TRV much earlier).
