Hi,
We have an approved PR and wish to inquire regarding our travel to Canada for completing the PR Process in the current scenario of COVID-19. Our PR Visa expires on 2nd April, 2020 and we are planning to land from India on 21st March 2020. Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we are contemplating on our travel plans and would need your help with the following questions:
1. What happens if both primary applicant and the dependent are unable to travel before expiry of visa?
2. What happens if the primary applicant lands in Canada before the expiry of visa, but dependent chooses not to travel due to COVID-19? (Does this mean dependent's PRV can get extended or will he have to file application again?) Does this also affect the primary applicant?
3. What qualifies as a justified reason to not travel given the current scenario of COVID-19?
Thank you so much for your help. Appreciate an early response.
