Urgent Help Needed for ECA (WES)

Hello Guys please help me on this its very urgent for us.

Today I went to my friends university along with him completed the process for attestation for ECA to WES but university sealed the general khaki envelope (blank no university name on it) just the official seal on it on the flap.......i told the officials that I need the khaki envelope university name printed on it but they denied me saying we don't have the envelope university name printed on it.

Please tell me guys is it fine or It is mandatory to have the khaki envelope with university name printed on it?

Don't worry. It will work. For me also the same thing happend. University Seal is important. Which is already there.
So it will work.

I don't think that's a problem. Consider what would constitute an official sealed envelope:
- An envelope that is sealed closed.
- Something indicating it is official and not one you later supplied yourself - e.g. the university seal has been stamped on it on the flap.

Per WES:
"Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES."

I have a question too, guys.

Can I use a transcript from 2012 and not from 2014? I have already gotten one from my University in 2012 because I wanted to apply for FSW back then.
