Urgent help needed filling the farms

Hi guys . I am applying a paper application. While filling the farms in farm IMM5257e we hve to put detail of visit to canada , there are only 2 slots while i am visiting more then 2 places . How to add a new box. Please help.Thanx in advance

You can always add a separate sheet for additional information. At the top of the sheet make sure the write which form this is for (IMM5257e) and which question you are answering. It's also a good idea to write at the top of the sheet the name of the applicant and date of birth.

I'm not sure what you are asking now.. But included in your application should be a letter from you explaining your intentions regarding this trip to Canada. You should also make an itinerary listing what you will do when you come to Canada (dates, specific places you'll see etc.)
