And how to validate the form correctly to obtain the bar code

UCI : unique client Identification

This is a no whcih CIC generate after its approval of file and later on you can track down ur file with this UCI no.

Fill the required info in form and press validate. if u r filling the form first time no need to fill UCI no.

I already have immigration number.Is this UCI same thing with Immigration number/Application number? Can I write my immigration/Application number in the UCI space?

You will find UCI in the 1st AOR that was send to you by CIO.

1.can anybody help me please? because under IMM0008 (PERSONAL DETAILS) #3 they are asking my UCI, will you help me please where can i get my UCI? there are a lot of UCI i have, different from the papers they send. Which one here is our UCI .


2.AND under APPLICATION DETAILS: #7 :a) Have you received your CSQ? ; b) If yes, please indicate the no. ( indicate the no. of? ......)

3. the manila embassy emailed me and asking for the ff.:
a. Fully Completed Appendix A for you .
b. Certificate of Selection from Quebec (CSQ) for you.
c. Original Passport for you.

- what does the manila embassy mean about the fully completed appendix A?

I think the best thing is to open up the CIC guide book before you start filling each question and you can get answer for almost every question there. Here is the link for the instruction guide:
