Urgent help needed - Business visitor visa refused last week, how to reapply again online?

Hi there,

I had applied online at GIC site for Business visitor visa (2 weeks) last month and got an email last week stating that my visa has been refused for below reasons :
1)Visa officer is not satisfied that I'll leave canada at the end of my trip basis purpose of visit
2)They are not satisfied that I do have a legitimate business purpose in canada

I am planning to reapply again next week , this time with a fresh invitation letter and cover letter which would be more detailed and attach more documents like departure flight tickets, hotel bookings, income tax fillings for 3 years and bank statement...

would you guys suggest me any other documents to make my profile stronger?
While reapplying should I write a letter of explanation as well addressing the concerns of the visa officer? If yes how what should that letter contain and where should I attach it?

Also How to reapply again online? I already have one GCkey account application?

Any help here would be appreciated!

You just create a new application on your account same as before. Don't pay for tickets or hotel before getting visa.

What kind of business? The visa officers deem your intentions to visit Canada for business is not legitimate.

I work for a global business service division of MNC in India. I cater to canada market from India office hence I am travelling to canada to gain some business knowledge and use it here in India in my process upon my return.

There is no reapplication its a brand new application. If you feel something needs explaining you can include a letter.

Just wantd to check with you where should i sttach all my documents like ITS, bank statement etc ? I can attach only one document under purpose of travel...So should I create one pdf having covering letter and all the mentioned documents abd put it under purpose of travel?

There are sections like invitation letter, passport, photo, purpose of travel etc and you can attach one document against each of them...so wasn't sure where to attach additional documents just to make my profile stronger as I am applying for the second time...I think I'll attach all documents together in covering letter...

Also would you know how to write a letter of explanation? I am reapplying tomorrow again for business visitor visa

Hey there,

I had applied online on 7th Jan 2020.
Today I got an Visitor visa acknowledgment letter from Delhi immigration office stating that we have received your application and are processing it.
What is this supposed to mean?
The processing time for India is 11 days and today would be 12th working day for my application.
Not sure how much more days would this take..
Any idea anybody here?
