hi

i have been refused my visa extention from uk home office but i did appeal against that desicion and still waiting for their reply. i have applied for skilled worker application to canada in september 2009 and received my AOR in november and now going to send my full documents next month. As i have mentioned it already that i do not have valid visa but i am waiting for uk home office decision for my appeal. would it be a problem later if get decision before my canadian application case because in case of refusal i have to leave uk. Shall i transfer it to my home country now or i should do it later.
i need help from seniors plz

regards

I would advise you have it forwarded to your home visa office to be on the safe side.

By the way good luck with/in your appeal.

Hi,
1)Note that Residing without a visa in a country is Illegal.
2) If you leave your case in London, and you are maybe invited for interview or you are asked to submit your pp for whatever reason (only applicable if you are from a country where it is illegal to post a PP). What are you going to do?
3) Sit down, relax and think about the pro's and con's and then decide. Is it worth risking the whole thing just because of 3 Months delay? I don't know and can say.

Well, I think in this case it is your take. You need to prioritize things yourself and decide accordingly.

Wait for others to give you their opinion(s) too.

Good Luck .

Yes, in my opinion that makes sense. I would wait for a decision from the home office b4 taking the next step.

Good Luck.

This was an issue I raised in my initial reply. If I were you, I would ask them to xfer my case to my home country.
Again, the take is yours. You need to decide how to go about it.
