Hi,
My application was returned to me because I used the wrong version of the "Additonal Family Information Form"
As well as returning my application package, they also gave me a letter stating the following:
"As your application does not meet the requirements of Regulation (10) of IRPA, it is incomplete.
It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you. Your application has not been recieved, and no record has been retained."
My big question is this. I have corrected the "Additional Family Information Form" and will resubmit my package today.
BUT I am confused about the payment. The first time sending my package, I paid online on February 22nd and included my online payment receipt with the package.
Now that I am resending my package, should I re use the same payment receipt? Or do I ahve to pay again? Because, nowhere in the letter did it state that I will be refunded.
Someone please help, as I have to resend the package today at lunch time.
