Hi guys, Please help me.

I am confused about Document Checklist & The Immigration Guide. Should I include both in the application package and follow both for all the documents asked??

or Should I just send the Document Checklist in the application package??

Thanks for all the help

You send your country specific document checklist.

You don't need to include the actual guide. Just follow the Document Checklist (one for applicant and one for the sponsor) and INCLUDE those checklists, showing that you've checked off everything that is needed.

Write N/A across the box for something that does not apply to you but do NOT leave anything blank.

Really?
I just checked what I've send inside my package.
Hope it won't cause any issue.

It may only be a problem if the person that looks at your checklist thinks that you overlooked the item, by not checking that box.

Now I'm concerned about this lol
I'm sure I checked everything that includes on my package.
Hope everything go straight now :(

Thanks Ponga and everyone else.

So does it mean I send the same 2 document checklist (one for sponsor and applicant). Also does it mean I have to send all the required documents (2 copies, as per checklist)

I think what is being asked here is:

If a document is requested in Part 2 (Applicant forms) and Part 3 (Country-specific), which section do you file it under when submitting? Do you make 2 copies and include one in each section/Part?

Spinning sponsor, YES, that's what I'm reading the question to be. It's also what I'd like clarification on.
Experts???

Redundant copies are not needed.

If the same document is listed on both checklists, just include it once, but be sure to check the item off on BOTH checklists.
